She's been on
the broken road too.

That's not a tagline. It's why this work is real.

Tina Fraley didn't build this work from a textbook. She built it from living — from the kind of experiences that teach you things no certification ever could.

She holds a master's degree in counseling, is a TCTSY-F certified trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator, an ISSA-certified personal trainer, and a Master Reiki Practitioner. In practice, that means she is one of the few people in this space who can hold the clinical, the physical, and the deeply human all at once — without losing any of it.

Her book, Broken Road to Badass, is a testament to what she's moved through and what she knows to be true: that healing isn't linear, recovery doesn't look like anyone else's, and that where you are right now is a valid place to begin.

She works with individuals and groups through trauma-informed yoga (TCTSY), strength training, and mindfulness coaching. She speaks to corporate teams, healthcare organizations, and community groups about burnout, resilience, and the mind-body connection. She leads workshops that people describe as "the thing that finally made something shift."

And through FitMinded Living Inc., her 501(c)(3) nonprofit, she brings this work to communities that wouldn't otherwise have access — including veterans through Platoon 22 and adults navigating reentry through Day Reporting Centers.

one

Your body is not the problem. It has been doing its best with what it had.

two

Healing doesn't happen through shame or pushing harder. It happens through presence.

three

Access to this kind of support shouldn't be a luxury. Everyone deserves to come back to themselves.

four

Trauma-informed isn't a specialty. It's a baseline — it's how we should all be working with people.
