Ways to Work Together

You don't need to be fixed.
You need to be met.

This work integrates strength, nervous system awareness, and real-life application. It starts where you are — not where you think you should be.

Whether you're healing from trauma, rebuilding your relationship with your body, or bringing this work to your organization — there's a path here for you.

Body-Based Choice-Led Trauma-Informed TCTSY Certified Nervous System Aware
The Work

Three ways in.
One integrated approach.

Each path is different. The commitment underneath is the same: your wholeness, on your terms.

Individual + Group Sessions

Trauma-Informed Yoga
TCTSY

Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) is not your typical yoga class. No mirrors. No corrections. No pressure to look a certain way. The poses are offered as invitations — always yours to take or leave.

This practice is built around one thing: helping you come back to your body as a safe place. For people who have experienced trauma, that can be quietly life-changing.

  • No experience or flexibility required
  • Grounded in research and clinical practice
  • Individual and group formats available
  • Sliding scale pricing — access matters

"This is your body.
You're in charge here."

"Before working with Tina, I had completely disconnected from my body after years of chronic stress. TCTSY gave me a way back in — on my terms, in my time. I didn't know movement could feel safe until it did."

— TCTSY Participant

"Strength is not about forcing.
It's about coming home."

"Training with Tina changed how I relate to my body entirely. It's the first time fitness hasn't felt like punishment — and the first time I've actually stuck with it."

Individual + Small Groups

Trauma-Informed
Personal Training

This is personal training that doesn't start with your body fat percentage. It starts with where you are — physically, emotionally, and in your relationship with yourself.

Tina integrates her background as a certified trainer, counselor, and yoga facilitator to build strength programs that actually fit your life. Not someone else's timeline. Not an idealized version of your body. Yours.

  • Individual and small group sessions
  • Nervous system regulation integrated into movement
  • No shame. No push-through-the-pain culture.
  • Real progress at a sustainable pace

Speaking, Workshops
& Keynotes

Tina has a rare ability to bring real, body-centered content into corporate and institutional spaces — without losing the depth. She speaks to what people are actually carrying: burnout, disconnection, leadership pressure, unprocessed stress.

Her workshops don't just inform — they shift something. People leave with tools they can use the same day. Organizations leave with teams that feel like humans again.

  • Burnout, resilience, and sustainable performance
  • Mind-body connection for leaders
  • Trauma-informed team wellness
  • Keynotes, half-days, and full facilitation
Bring This to Your People
"The room changes when
someone tells the truth."

"I brought Tina in expecting a wellness talk. What we got was a room full of leaders getting genuinely honest about burnout in real time. We still talk about it months later."

— Event Organizer

Leadership Retreat

The Approach

This work is integrative
by design.

Tina holds credentials across movement, mental health, and somatic practice — not to be impressive, but because healing doesn't happen in silos. You are a whole person. This work treats you that way.

  • TCTSY-F Certified Yoga Facilitator

One of fewer than 1,000 facilitators trained in the Trauma Center's evidence-based yoga methodology — the gold standard in trauma-sensitive movement.

  • Master's-Level Counselor

Clinical training in mental health that informs every session — not just the ones that say "counseling" in the name.

  • Certified Personal Trainer

Strength and movement expertise grounded in physiology, not aesthetics or punishing performance culture.

  • Master Reiki Practitioner

Energy-based somatic support that complements and deepens the body-centered work.

  • Keynote Speaker + Published Author

Bringing this work into institutions, organizations, and the broader public conversation around trauma, wellness, and transformation.

Healing doesn't happen in one lane. The body, the mind, and the spirit are not separate systems to be treated separately. When you work with Tina, you get all of it — because you've always been all of it.

This is a safe, trauma-informed space.
You are welcome here exactly as you are.

What People Say

Real work. Real shifts.

"I came in skeptical — I'd tried yoga before and it never felt safe. TCTSY with Tina was completely different. She never pushed. She just held space. I cried in the car afterward, in the best way."

— TCTSY Participant

Trauma-Informed Yoga

"Working with Tina reshaped how I think about strength entirely. For the first time, I wasn't fighting my body — I was building a relationship with it. That's not something a typical trainer can offer."

— Personal Training Client

Trauma-Informed Training

"Tina's keynote landed differently than anything we've brought to our team before. She doesn't talk at people — she creates an experience. Our leaders left changed."
